Where there isn’t light, there’s darkness.

It’s understanding that what’s showing up in our life (and not working), is simply an indicator of where there’s some pain.

I remember loving and relating to Ellie Goulding’s song, Flux. I think I loved the word. Flux. A time of confusion. The word is defined as continuous change.

I've researched near death experiences (NDE’s). There was nothing else that got me close to what happens when we die. So I listened to other people’s experiences.

I am confused right now. With so much great information out there, I am caught between 2 theories.

The reason people don’t heal (in my opinion) is because they lack the curiosity to look within themselves for the answers.

We all have a tendency to sit around in our zone of comfort. Hendricks suggests that we live in our zone of genius!

What if you fixed an issue just to see if you could vs to get a result?

If you feel a nagging sensation you’re wasting your life, on some level you probably are.
