Love the ones you’re with

Hey,

My Dad is in the hospital and I just want to say - please take the time to love the ones you’re with. You just don’t know how long you have or how long you have with the people in your life.

I’m so thankful for the healing I’ve done. My forgiveness and hurts from the past have long been replaced with endless joy, laughter and memories that will last a lifetime. The tools I’ve gathered along the way have allowed me to accept and handle anything that shows up in my life.

Doesn’t mean it’s easy. There is raw emotion and sadness for sure and I know this will get harder before it gets better. This is an experience that has already allowed me to empathize with anyone who has gone through this, or who will. Some things you just don’t understand until you’ve been there. Here I am. If you have ever been in my shoes, I send you love.

I’m keeping this short, as I’m busy here with my family. Funny how last week I told you I’d try to make this one shorter. Had no idea this would be why.

Just let this be a loving reminder to please be extra grateful for the special people in your life today and if there are any hurts you may need to heal, it’s so very worth the work.

From my heart to yours,
Kristi 💖

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
