Where you at, emotionally?

Our emotions are how we measure where we’re at. This is also measured energetically and vibrationally. So, the less energy you have or the less happy you are, the lower your vibration.

Here’s why this is important. You attract from where you’re at. And very often, if you don’t feel good, you want to feel better.

What I’ve found, is if you can just honor where you’re at, without thinking you need to be or feel something else, it will change in time.

The emotional scale is one tool I use to explain why you can’t jump from frustration, disappointment or anger straight up to joy. The vibration is too far apart. Good to know, right?!

What you can do is allow yourself to be where you’re at, and have your thoughts become more general. Naturally you want to get out of feeling bad, so you get specific about how you want to feel. This is like trying to ‘make’ something happen. This is hard.

Being in the receptive mode of allowing things/people/places into your life means that you are vibrating high and things feel great. If you aren’t in this high place, don’t force or expect the good things here.

Your only job when in the bottom part of the scale is to feel a little better. Take a nap, meditate, stay away from others and distract yourself from the pressure of not allowing yourself where you are. Soon enough, bit by bit you will move back into more peace and joy. THEN go back to setting intentions and knowing the good stuff is on it’s way to you!

Make sense? (See picture at bottom of this blog)

There’s lots of different energies going on in the world. Some days definitely feel better than others. I just want you to be ok with all kinds. We are human and experience all sorts of emotions for all sorts of reasons.

Thinking of you and sending love.

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
