Who are you, really?

I write to you each week because it’s a part of who I am. I love to care and share. It’s also because it keeps me motivated to do my own spiritual work every day so I can show up and stay consistent in receiving the results this work provides me.

That being said, there is so much information and distraction in the world today. So thank you for spending your time with me. 😍

Many messages are similar but you will hear them differently from one person to the next. And then one day, you GET it. Your work is to decipher which messages are meant for you. The ones that resonate with your heart.

Among the people you learn from and follow, I’m here to remind you that YOUR truth is what you are here to learn.

What makes you know who you really are? You have to listen. You have to pay attention. I’d start with the question. Ask (God, you, the universe, whoever you believe in).

When you start from where you are, instead of who you’ve been, it’s easier. And you may think about who you’d like to be, but that comes later. First we accept who and where we are.

You have an inner wisdom, and when you allow that to be your guiding light you’ll begin to understand yourself better. This ‘divine guidance’ is the voice of your soul.

You are so powerful when you connect to who you really are. And then act from there.

The work is to de-clutter the fragmented pieces towards a more whole and accepted self. This can take a long time. Enjoy getting to know yourself better.

Who you really are is love (in my opinion). I think we all are. Under all of the masks and wounds. What’s inside of you will come out. I hope one day it is only love. I think that’s why life can be long, because this takes a long time!!

And until then, be easy on yourself. Even if you just start there - that is a nice place to be.

Thinking of you and sending love,

Kristi 💜

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
