Welcome to wherever you are
Here are some notes I found in my journal I wrote a while back from Dr. Joe Dispenza. He does great work, I know I’ve said this before.
Thoughts are the language of the brain, feelings are the language of the body. If you feel unhappy, you are in your past (familiar, routine, safe).
If you aren’t defined by a vision of the future - you are left with memories of the past. When you lose the feelings of your future - then you feel separate and start looking for it. Whereas, if you feel like it’s already here you stop looking for it! That’s where the magic is.
So often we look at what is and if we don’t like ‘what is’ we can feel disempowered. But you are not. You can have what you want. The roadblocks can trip you up though, which is why it’s important to have a vision of where you want to be. Take the big picture and break it up into tiny achievable steps.
This is what empowerment means. You are the captain of your ship. You are where you are, and that’s just fine. You have to be somewhere right? There’s no benefit in blaming anyone or figuring out why. Begin again, right where you are. Ask for help, try new things. That’s how you achieve a different result.
Once you let go of what got you here, you can begin to move towards where you want to be. This creates new momentum. Stay focused on where you are headed and remember the fun is in the journey. Who creates the fun? You do!! Being open to all possibilities feels good and exciting!
It can be challenging at times, yes, but so much deliciousness along the way.
If you need support and want some fun in getting to where you want to be, let me know! I can help.
Here’s a song from back in the day that always gave me wings! Bon Jovi anyone???? Come on!! True story: he's the only celebrity that I’ve ever dreamt about. I still remember it, and it was JUICY! 😛

‘Cheers’ to wherever you are. And remember, you take yourself with you, wherever you go.
