Today, do you accept yourself?

Hello lovely!

I would bet at this stage in your journey, you know what you’re good at and not so good at! This message is not about changing you. It’s about accepting you, right now, as you are.

I know you love yourself and I also know you are your own worst critic. If we believe what we’ve been told, by society or well meaning people, instead of the loving voice inside of us, life can be tough.

Be accountable for where you are at. Without trying to figure out why you are here, or putting blame on you or anyone else, just sit with where you are at.

I believe you are here to experience joy and to create the best possible life. The word best has many different meanings. Any meaning you attach to it is correct. I also believe that what you truly desire is acceptance and belonging. And to be loved for who you really are. And that begins within. To accept and love yourself is what will propel you forward and will provide you with the power you’ll need to handle whatever shows up in your life.

Wherever you go, and whatever you do, it’s always you and you. I like to say, “the only one you’ll always be with is you.” When that relationship is healed and honored life becomes easier. To love yourself without any conditions is ultimate freedom.

The way I grew to love and accept myself was to first begin listening to the words that ran my program (inside my mind). I had to rid myself of believing any negative messages I’d received throughout my earlier life. I had to stop carrying the weight of the good opinions of others. I had to decide that if I wanted to change or improve it was going to be my way and on my schedule.

I stopped judging others, realizing they are also on their own imperfect path which has nothing to do with me. I stopped trying to be perfect to gain approval and instead told myself my journey has been exactly as it was supposed to be, and has taken me to where I am right now. Whatever I do tomorrow and who I decide to show up as, will be up to me. I only have to be accountable for my behavior - no one else's.

That’s my wish for you. And if you need a hand, I’m pretty darn good at loving myself finally, so I’m pretty darn sure I can help. 💞

Sending love,

Kristi

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
