This too shall pass

Good day?

I meant to ask that as a question. Because I know, all days aren’t good.

Honestly, life isn’t always lived at 100% bliss. So if I have felt this way, I know I can’t be alone and someone else out there must feel it too. And for all the work I do, if I can’t be at my total best all the time, I’m sure you can’t be either!

On those days of mediocrity, have no reason or need to blame your circumstances. For all the reasons to work on yourself and to be successful and to create a life you love, there are days that you may feel like what the F*%#?? (WTF). And from my heart to yours - I get it and I’ve been there.

And then something else happens.

You get a message from a long lost friend.

Or you go down memory lane with a friend you’ve known for 20+ years and reminisce about the crazy fun you had in your 20’s, which is probably why you both never had kids - we were too busy having a blast!!

Or all of a sudden, instead of focusing on what’s wrong in your relationship - you have a couple glasses of wine with a friend and can’t wait to kiss his lips again.

And suddenly, looking back at the morning or day you had, after tears and wondering where the heck you are headed, you receive peace and a knowing that all is well.

So - whatever is going on for you right now, please know THIS TOO SHALL PASS. The light will show up again. You can’t stray very far before you realize there is more good than bad, and it’s all working out the way it needs to. You will feel great again.

I do need to mention though, while in the moments of WTF’s, it’s crucial to just be OK with not knowing, not feeling good and not knowing when this will pass.

Honor the truth of what is. Allow it, feel it.
And know - this too shall pass.

Here's a cute song that came on that made me think of this inSight!
It's OK to not be OK.

All my love,

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
