No one size fits all
You are so unique!
And you are attracted to different things all the time. In this world we have so many choices! Diet, clothes, cars, books, beliefs, people, teachers, music. How awesome!
But with so many choices, we can become confused.
What resonates with you, is where you go. You are smart and don’t need to be told what to do. But definitely do something.
When something works for someone you know, they want you to know about it, because it resonates with them and they love you. But the only thing that I believe will make you make a choice, is what feels right for you.
Without it resonating, you won’t be interested in it. Even though you might want to heal something or grow in a new way - it’s important you find what feels really good to you.
Ask a few people their advice on something you are struggling with. You’ll take the advice that matches what you believe! (Most times anyway).
Your soul journey is so very individual. What works or calls to one person may not to another.

There are many paths to heal deep seated trauma, family wounds, weight issues, romantic decisions, financial challenges, health issues. Just choose a teacher or book or path that feels right to you.
It can’t be a choice to heal or not. It is - I'm going to figure this out, and which direction will I go in that will help me on my journey? When it resonates, it turns into an adventure, not work. You are fascinating!
