What’s your ‘thing?‘

Last summer, my niece and I were on our morning walk, chatting away, and it dawned on me that at her age (22 yrs) she may not even realize yet what she came to this planet to ‘figure out.’

Can you think of one big thing that you are constantly trying to get better at, or figure out? Oftentimes this is something we’ve been working on for a while, and you may find yourself saying, why am I still in this mess? Or dealing with this?

I believe we are each given a few ‘big’ challenges in this lifetime that we are given to learn and get past.

From what I’ve seen, it can be weight, confidence, financial problems, self-reliance, etc. It doesn’t matter what it is, but it’s like you are constantly trying to fix it, get better at it, or be rid of the struggle once and for all!

I am here to tell you, it absolutely can be figured out and it can take a looooong time. And try to be ok with this. This might just be the purpose of your life!

My examples:
I’m here to be self empowered. To love and approve of myself no matter what. Ha, no wonder that’s why I teach what I do. I know it inside out. And it’s so much more than just confidence. Believing that I am enough and worthy of all that I desire.

Another one is my relationships with men. Always a desire to have that ultimate romantic relationship. I’ve had to learn to not give away my power and to stop looking for love in all the wrong places. To let my walls down and to stop protecting my heart. What I thought would keep me safe actually prevented me from loving fully. What a journey that’s been!

So... don’t give up on your ‘thing!’

There are riches in discovering it and a beautiful feeling of awe and understanding that awaits you once it’s done.

But - are we ever really done? I hope not! 💘

Cheers to you and your ‘thing!’

All my love,
Kristi

And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
