Kids wisdom

I’m at my sisters for Christmas and my niece and nephew (9yrs) asked if they could help me write this one. I thought it would be nice to share with you, some of their thoughts about life. Meet Madison and Beckem.

Madison - Some people just are kind on holidays but it doesn’t matter if it’s a holiday. On a normal day you should be kind to anyone who you love, and to strangers.

Beckem - Be kind to people, even if they aren’t kind to you.

Madison - If you feel like you’ve done something wrong to someone and you feel bad about it and you know where they live, go to their house and apologize. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been. They might have forgotten about it, but it’s still a good thing to do for you.

Beckem - If people are rude to you, even though it’s hard, be kind back. Cuz if you're not, life will get back at you!

Madison - If you know someone who is going through a hard time, why don’t you go to their house and give them a little present and tell them you’ll always be there for them, or if they are far away, just call them.

Me - There are some chapters of our life that are tougher than others. But with the support of friends and family, time passes on and we can be grateful for each memory, as they caused each relationship to grow in a special way.

I hope you are safe and secure this holiday season. It definitely looks different, but nothing stays the same forever.

All our love,
Kristi, Madison, Beckem 💜💚

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
