Have a vision of your future!

Well hello fabulous friend!

Where do you see yourself one year from now?

I believe, if you don’t see it, you will just take what life brings you and move aimlessly around without a lot of excitement. AND - having a vision will create some responsibility on your part.

Having a vision gives you a much easier roadmap to making decisions. Will doing A, get you closer to your desires than B? Keeping in mind there are no mistakes.

I like to visualize my life in all areas, not just one. If you’re successful in business and without health, it won’t be as fun. Here are some questions you can ask yourself to guide you:

  • Who’s in my life?

  • What am I doing for fun?

  • How am I making money?

  • How am I staying fit?

  • Where do I go to unplug and recharge?

  • What would it take for me to wake up happy and look forward to my day?

  • What am I grateful for?

  • What am I looking forward to?

  • How does my romantic love feel?

You can take each one of these questions and go on a full daydream about it! You know, envisioning works, you just might not be taking the time to do it. And beware, if you start this process your mind will go to other places. I have to constantly remind myself to come back to the one area.

Here’s a summary of a Dr. Joe Dispenza interview on this topic. This is about creating your reality.

Be conscious of your thoughts and how you speak. Be aware of how you act. Notice how you are feeling. There is discomfort in the unknown. Use an image and a feeling to start the conditioning process. Familiar feelings are safe and excuses tend to hang out here.

You need a vision of your future or else you’re left with memories of the past.

Can you believe in a future you can’t see or experience with your senses yet?

Your body will start to believe it’s already happening. Stay in that state for an extended period of time to the dream of your future. Stay away from impatience, frustration and analyzing why it hasn’t happened yet. This takes practice.

The void is the transition where there’s not a lot happening. Stay in it! Mentally rehearse. Shut off your phone, the news, your distractions. The beginning takes a while because becoming conscious takes energy.

Enough? 😆

Remember, you get what you think about whether you want it or not. That’s why it’s important to stay conscious. And - you are the creator of your reality.

All my love,
Kristi 💛

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
