Are you a dreamer or a realist?
If you could have one New Year wish fulfilled, what would it be? This is all about dreaming big. This is ‘genie in the bottle’ kind of big. No limits. Do you remember to dream? To imagine?
Do you believe you can have what you truly desire?
Or maybe you’re too busy running around trying to help others with their dreams, that you have forgotten about your own?
When your eyes are closed, before you fall off into sleep at night, or before you get out of bed each morning, give some thought to this dream.
Sometimes, when I do this, my visualization of the dream feels so real, it's like I am living the experience already. So what’s actually real? They say this is where ultimate manifestation takes place. Believing you have it before it turns up into your reality. Then when it does happen, you'll know you had a lot to do with it. It's fun, try it!
The holiday season can be a beautiful time to reflect on the year behind you, but I recommend keeping your focus on today and tomorrow. The past is gone. Take your lessons and move forward.
It can be challenging as we long for loved ones we’ve lost and miss so much. And yet, here we all are, another season falls upon us.
I believe dreams keep us going. And the light of hope is what keeps it alive. So, stay hopeful and definitely keep dreaming.
Eat well, drink well and stay safe.
