The masks we wear
Hello!
Big question - Who are you really?
This is a question I ask myself often. We come from a culture, society and upbringing of being told who we should be. And generally the message is, we aren’t good enough and then we are marketed to ‘buy’ this or that and then we’ll fit in and feel better.
To erase the negative messages that we’ve been told (sold) is a tall order. Programs and patterns have been ingrained into our psyche. And what I’ve noticed is that even once we ‘reprogram,’ if the new program isn’t consistently playing, you inevitably go back to your old program. That’s why sometimes you can think you ‘healed’ something and then sure enough you are back in the same old program. You know what I mean?
Here’s my personal take on the masks I’ve worn that have covered up the ‘real me’ at times. My hope is that you continue to ask yourself - Is this a mask I wear? and Who am I really?
It takes courage and a commitment to yourself to show up as the real you. Let me know if you need any help with this, or have any questions. I’m here for you! Only a phone call or email away. 🤗
All my love,
