Hello hello!
Today I ask you - what is stopping you from getting your desired result? It doesn’t matter what it is. Lose weight, attract a partner, deepen your spiritual practice, make more money, heal your issues, build a business, become a better parent… etc.
As long as you’re doing SOMETHING that will move the needle, I applaud you. And if you feel stuck or unmotivated, let’s find out what might be going on.
There are millions of people giving out free information on “how to.” Via YouTube, Chat GPT, books, google and podcasts - learning how to get what you want is not the issue. So why don’t you have it yet?
Pause here to realize it could be in the gestation period, so you might be or have done what you need and so it’s in the process of materializing. This is good! Keep watering the soil!
But what if you haven’t done much? You know you ‘should’ and yet you really haven’t done much other than talk about wanting something to change or wanting something you haven’t gotten.
So what’s the block?
Do you believe you are worthy of it? Seriously. How does it feel to say out loud, I am worthy of great love. I am worthy of a great body. I am worthy of abundance.
Limiting beliefs will definitely stop you from achieving. Or it takes much too long.
Focusing on what’s wrong with you, the world, the government, how you were raised are all blocks to your desired outcome.
Do you believe you can change? Are you capable of commitment? Powerful enough? Smart enough? Good enough?
Until these answers are absolutely YES, even if you get ‘the thing’ it won’t feel as good as you thought it would. Or you’ll worry about losing it.
This is the place I begin with all my clients (and still work on myself). Not because I have a ‘process’ but because it’s what is so obvious. It’s not what we want that’s a problem, it’s how we are thinking about it. (And, are we being our own best friend?).
Your self worth has so much to do with your self talk.
THOUGHTS. EMOTIONS. ACTIONS.
So you can research and ‘know’ and know ‘how.’ But to achieve results, begin with your thinking. You probably already know this. Haha. Which means you feel good, and you can now take action!
