Take inventory - Are you happy with where you are?
I believe in all people and our power to have the best darn experience that life has to offer. I believe in the ability for all humans to have, be and do what they love. I believe people are good and the more we learn and grow, the better we become. And not for anyone else, but for ourselves. How can you enjoy the best of what YOU believe life has to offer?
As I learn, write and go within, I see my life unfolding in a new way. I trust that I’ll be inspired and looked after. I want to help others live a life of ease and joy with peace and laughter. I have a love for myself that I respect, a passion to learn and grow and to teach. To have fun along the way and create new memories. An appreciation of not knowing what’s around my next corner, but feeling the anticipation of it!
HOW you ask? Well, there are a few questions to ask yourself. I would definitely be taking a look at your self talk.
What are your current beliefs?
How are things working out for you?
Where are you at today?
You may not yet know where you want to be and that’s ok. You don’t even have to go back and figure it all out. I prefer to look at one thing at a time, so the most important topic would be focused on first.
Take some time to notice what you are telling yourself. Are you regurgitating things from your past or worried about the future? Because now is all we have. If your thoughts are good about the past or future, that’s perfect. The goal is to feel good in the now.
Also, I’d pay attention to what IS working and why. Oftentimes what we think about we bring about. Another way to say that is, thoughts create things. The power of positivity is a real thing. You don’t even have to take my word for it - just google it!
Know that you are in the driver's seat. You decide in every moment who you want to be and how you want to show up. Accountability is not blaming anyone else for where you’re at.
My wish for you is that today you decide to focus on what’s right and good in your life. Be grateful and be kind to others. We’re all in this together.
All my love,
K
