First, you have to define ‘all.’
What’s ‘all’ to me will be different than what yours is. But I think it’s what you naturally strive for. You want what you want. And that’s great! You can gauge where you are by noticing if you are feeling stress or joy.
When you are in joy, doesn’t it feel as if you have it all already?
