Your tears are your truth

I’ve rarely been someone who wore my heart on my sleeve. But around my closest confidants I’d notice that when the right questions were asked, that struck a chord straight to my heart, I would feel an intense emotion which would bring tears to my eyes. What I’ve noticed over the years is that the moment the tears want to come is the moment of the real truth.
