Consistency vs Intensity
Here’s a friendly reminder for you - especially with the holidays approaching!
The consistency in which you do something is much more important than the intensity at which you do it.
Examples:
Better to walk 5 days a week for 20 mins, than to walk once/week for 2 hours.
Better to meditate every day for 10 minutes than once/week for an hour.
You get this.
Be mindful of what you are trying to achieve and ask yourself how consistent you are in the actions you take towards the desired outcome.
You know how good you feel when you do these things, so don’t sabotage yourself with old patterns. Excuses be-gone!!!!
Consistent action over time WILL produce results. It’s not a race, it’s a practice. Over time this creates new habits which will become your new normal which is what will lead to success.
The other reminder that I love to give - be easy on you. You will get there. No negative self talk along the way to success. Why? Because you are A W E S O M E !
Take great care today.
All my love,
Kristi 💖
