Can your story help someone?

I pretty much spend my days learning. And each time I take a deep dive into the spiritual teachings with the thought leaders of our day, I feel better. Many of them are saying the same things, but each teacher brings the information in a different way based on their own individual experiences. You also could write the book, create a video or help someone based on what you’ve experienced. My challenge to you is to help someone who might need your story this week.

Because this addiction of mine fills me up so much I thought I’d share some of my recent journal notes with you. I know we are all at different chapters in our lives, but this information might just be enough to place a soft warm blanket over you.

There is a difference between being authentic and being good. Being good is based on what someone else thinks and being authentic is doing what you want. We can try to be good but that may not mean we’re authentic. Whereas if we are authentic we will almost certainly be good. (Mark Nepo).

Be who you are - that means you don’t think about who you ‘should’ be. Don’t suppress yourself just to be ‘positive.’ (Anita Moorjani)

Your life has nothing to do with you. Your life is about the people in your life and how you touch them. If you saw you, as I see you, you would smile a lot. (Neale Donald Walsch)

Just love... openly, unconditionally, without worrying about what you may lose. We need nothing from anyone else if we don’t hold on to fear. Because love is what you are. It can’t be lost. No one can take it. (Neale Donald Walsch)

People are scared to refine and develop. Guidance may not make sense. Rejection is protection. You should know where you don’t belong, as well as where you do belong. Recognize what’s not for you. (Carolyn Myss)

It’s OK to talk about the things you are passionate about, no matter who is in the room because you have no idea who might actually take something from what you have to say. (Marianne Williamson)

I’m hurt, but I’m willing to see this differently. Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love. (Marianne Williamson)

You are loved and on this planet for many reasons.

All my love,

Kristi 💜

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
